QUALITY SUITES, Quebec City

Quality Suites Quebec City is situated near the intersection of major motorways (40, 73, 740), making it convenient for road travellers and those visiting events at the Videotron Centre (about 10 minutes by car). Old Quebec is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the hiking and biking areas of Mont Ste-Anne and Laval University are also close by. The hotel is next to the Galleries de la Capitale shopping mall and within easy walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, and other amenities. The highway proximity means road noise can carry into rooms, especially on lower floors or those facing the motorway. Free parking on site makes the property particularly suitable for families or groups travelling by car.

The hotel offers a range of suites, including two-bedroom units and a family suite that can sleep up to six people (one table with four chairs in the living space). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a fridge, microwave, an iron and ironing board, and a TV in both the living and sleeping areas. Room layout varies from a single double bedroom to separate bedrooms with doors, making them functional for families who need privacy while travelling together. Some rooms feature a sofa bed, but comfort can be inconsistent, with thinner mattresses over springs. Soundproofing between rooms and from the outside is minimal; hallway and road noise can be an issue. A table and chairs are part of the suite, though no additional cutlery, dishes, or kitchenware are provided as standard. An electric kettle in the room is not guaranteed; the property may not have bottled water.

Quality Suites has no on-site wellness facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For exercise, guests can walk to the Galleries de la Capitale shopping centre directly adjacent to the hotel, which provides a large indoor space for walking. The property's location also provides easy access to the Montmorency Falls Park, Lac Beauport, and the biking and hiking trails of Mont Ste-Anne, all within a short drive. The nearest park and walking areas are reachable by car.
