The accommodation offers a range of room types including double rooms, family rooms with three beds, and suites with one or two queen beds. All units have air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries, and cable TV. The property features a recently renovated modern decor in some rooms. Noise levels vary: some rooms are quiet, while road-facing or lower-floor rooms near the pool can be louder. The bathrooms are functional but can be small; some units have a bathtub. Ventilation in some rooms and hallways may feel damp or humid, and the air conditioning can be difficult to adjust precisely.

The breakfast is a self-serve continental buffet with options such as bagels, toast, four types of cereal, oatmeal, cold hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit salad, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak times, as it is small for the number of guests. The selection is basic and consistent, with no scrambled eggs or gluten-free options on offer. For those wanting more variety, several restaurants, including a Subway, are a short walk away. The hotel also has vending machines for drinks and snacks.

This property offers free private parking on site without the need for a reservation, with a parking garage and accessible parking spaces available. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The 24-hour front desk can provide an invoice and assist with arranging taxis. Laundry services and meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The hotel provides safety deposit boxes, and security includes CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. The property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $20 plus taxes per pet per night. An electric vehicle charging station is located five minutes from the hotel. Housekeeping is offered every other day; daily service may need to be requested at the front desk.
