The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, with a free round-the-clock shuttle service. It is not in downtown Montreal; expect a 15-20 minute drive to the city centre (about 45 minutes by public transport via bus 202 and Du Collège metro). The immediate neighbourhood is industrial with few walkable restaurants or amenities, so plan to drive or rely on delivery. The shuttle runs on a call-for-pickup system from the airport (meet at Door 8 on the departures level), and also drops off at the airport only.

Rooms range from standard double rooms (with one or two beds) to larger suites featuring a separate seating area, sofa bed, and kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. All rooms have air conditioning, parquet floors, a safe, tea/coffee maker, and cable TV. Some rooms overlook the central pool courtyard. Noise can travel from the corridor and lobby area; rooms further from the lobby are quieter. A few rooms have the bathroom sink located outside the toilet/shower area, which can be convenient for families. Some renovated rooms have had minor finishing issues. Request a room away from the courtyard if light or noise from the pool area is a concern.

Le Tropik restaurant serves American cuisine (burgers, fries, etc.) and offers halal and vegetarian choices. Breakfast is a buffet (continental and American) with fresh pastries, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fruits, and coffee. Breakfast quality is generally good and substantial, though the menu has been described as repetitive. A bar and kid-friendly buffet are available. During renovations, restaurant hours and availability may be limited; the bar has also been closed at times. Vending machines (drinks and snacks) are available on site.

The indoor pool is a central feature, set in a courtyard with loungers and a small splash pad. The pool is only open on weekends (Friday-Sunday 10:00-22:00) due to lifeguard requirements. The gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight equipment, though some machines have required maintenance. The spa offers massages (back, head, foot, full body, couples), facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other beauty services, plus a sauna and steam room. A games room offers billiards, table tennis, air hockey, arcade machines, and a children's play area. Happy hour events and live sport broadcasts are sometimes available.
