QUIRINALE LUXURY SUITE ROMA, Rome

The property sits on a quiet side street in the historic centre, directly between Termini Station and Villa Borghese. The Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro stop (Line A) is a short walk away, providing direct connections to the Vatican and other districts. Most major landmarks, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, are reachable on foot within 15-20 minutes. The area is well served by buses and taxis, and there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops on the same street. For those arriving by train, Termini Station is a 10-minute walk, and airport shuttle buses are also easily accessible from there. The location is safe and well-lit, with a visible police presence in the area.

Rooms are compact but functional, with a private bathroom, shower, bidet, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer an inner courtyard view, which helps reduce street noise. The beds are firm, and some travellers have noted that comfort depends on the specific room. The property offers family rooms and interconnected rooms for groups. Rooms are not serviced daily unless specifically requested, and housekeeping is limited. WiFi is free in public areas (not always reliable in rooms). The furniture and decor are simple and in fair condition, with some signs of wear. For extended stays or those expecting a luxury standard, the property is best approached as a practical, budget-friendly city-centre base.

The property offers practical services for city-break travellers. Luggage storage is available for free, allowing guests to explore the city after check-out. Concierge service and private check-in/check-out are handled by the on-site staff (present during breakfast hours). A paid shuttle service can be arranged. There is a shared lounge and a games room on site. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Daily housekeeping is not automatic and should be requested. Laundry and trouser press are available for an additional charge. The property has 24-hour security, CCTV, and safety deposit boxes. Bicycle rental is also offered for a fee.
