The area is lively, especially on weekends, with bars and music venues active until late. The location is excellent for exploring downtown, but light sleepers may want to request a higher floor and pack earplugs.

All accommodations are suites with a kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and diningware), a seating area with a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Standard studios and one-bedroom suites are available. Bathrooms are private with a shower/tub combination, but the sink and mirror are often located outside the bathroom, next to the bed - a layout that reduces privacy and can be awkward. Rooms are generally spacious but feel dated, with older furniture, worn carpets, and occasional odors. High-floor rooms (12th-14th) have better city views and less street noise. Windows are sealed and do not open, so the air conditioning system is the only ventilation. Sofa beds are full-size and have been noted as uncomfortable for adults. Pack 'n' plays are available on request; extra cots are not provided.
