The hotel sits on a quiet street directly off Place Masséna, placing the Old Town, Jean Médecin shopping avenue, and many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Plage Opéra beach is 8 minutes on foot, Castle Hill is 12 minutes, and MAMAC is under 1 km away. The tram stop is a 1-minute walk from the hotel entrance, with service to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport in about 30 minutes. Nice-Ville train station is 15 minutes on foot for connections to Monaco, Cannes, and beyond. The area is safe, well-lit, and filled with shops and cafés. Those arriving by car will find the Indigo Masséna public garage a 3-minute walk away.

All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproofing, a minibar, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a safe. The private bathrooms include excellent walk-in showers with premium Rituals toiletries. Double rooms with a balcony offer city views, though balconies do not have furniture at present. Many rooms have high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light. The space is compact but efficiently designed - ideal for couples or solo travellers. Rooms away from the street are noted for their quietness. Be aware that there are no lifts; all rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor, accessed by stairs.

The breakfast is a continental style with a selection of fresh pastries, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt, and hot drinks. It is delivered at a time you agree with reception the night before, making it easy to start the day at your own pace. À la carte options may be added upon request. While breakfast is the main on-site meal option, the surrounding streets are full of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries for lunch and dinner - Les Sens, Bistrot Chaud-Vin, and Fenocchio Glacier are within a 5-minute walk.

The sauna and hammam offer a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing, ideal for unwinding. Use of these facilities must be booked or paid for on arrival; they are not included in the room rate. The spa is clean and well-maintained but compact, best suited for one or two people at a time. Beach towels are available to borrow from reception for trips to the nearby Plage Opéra. No pool or gym is on site.
