Residences Universite Laval offers affordable accommodations with options ranging from standard rooms to superior rooms and studios. Standard university rooms include one or two twin beds, a sink, and storage spaces; washrooms and showers are located nearby on each floor. Superior university rooms and studios feature a queen bed, a private bath, a breakfast nook with a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker. These rooms also provide a workspace with a phone offering free local calling, high-speed wireless internet access, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Selected units have a sofa bed and a kitchenette with basic supplies. Bed type preference cannot be guaranteed, as it will be allocated upon arrival based on availability. Double rooms include heating, a wardrobe, a dresser, a sink, an armchair, and a desk. Bedding, towels, and soap are provided, with room cleaning twice a week.

Guests can access a variety of on-campus food services to satisfy various appetites, needs, and lifestyles. Breakfast is available in Alphonse-Desjardins or Charles-De Koninck Pavilion, located steps from the residences. For groups, meal services and box lunches can be arranged. The shared kitchens in each residence are fully equipped, and a kitchen locker is provided for storing utensils. Note that cooking or reheating devices are not allowed in rooms, except for the provided toaster and coffeemaker.

The modern athletic complex, PEPS, rivals any in the country and is home to the Rouge et Or sports clubs. Guests have access to more than 100 sports activities and recreational leagues. Common areas within the residences include a living room with a large TV that offers multiple channels. Group packages provide access to residence common areas for film viewings and other activities.

The residences are close to all attractions of Québec City and offer quick access to on-campus conference and symposium facilities, as well as the Québec City Convention Centre (6 km) via RTC's high-frequency bus service (Métrobus 800 and 801) or taxi. The location is suitable for travellers interested in family-friendly trips and hiking.
