OLD PRAGUE HOUSE, Prague

The hotel sits on a quiet street yet is surrounded by Prague's top landmarks - the Astronomical Clock, National Theatre, and Wenceslas Square are all reachable on foot within 10-15 minutes. Prague Castle is a pleasant 30-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is filled with bars, restaurants, and shops, yet the area remains calm at night. A tram stop is nearby for easy access to other districts. Parking is available off-site about 80 metres from the hotel, but requires advance reservation and is only accessible during reception hours.

All rooms feature carpeted floors, heating, a safe, and a seating area. Private bathrooms are standard; a few rooms have the bathroom located just outside the room. Air conditioning is available in select rooms and suites. Family rooms can accommodate up to 4 people with separate bedding, while mezonettes and suites offer fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, and rooftop terraces. The building has no lift, so rooms on upper floors involve stairs. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are included. Some rooms overlook the inner courtyard, providing a quiet retreat.

Breakfast costs €8 per person and includes bacon, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, typical Czech sweets, bread, jam, and a toaster, along with orange and apple juice. The breakfast area includes a courtyard where meals can be enjoyed in good weather. There is no on-site restaurant for other meals, but the Old Town is filled with dining options within a few minutes' walk - from casual cafés to fine dining, including Lehka Hlava, V Zatisi, and Restaurant Mlynec, all about 0.5 km away.

For those who enjoy outdoor activity, hiking trails can be accessed off-site at no extra cost. Back at the hotel, the terrace and inner courtyard offer a quiet spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. There is no spa, pool, or gym on the premises.

The hotel provides free WiFi throughout, lockers, safety deposit boxes, and a tour desk to help plan excursions. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are complimentary. Luggage storage is available for free after check-out. An airport shuttle can be arranged for a surcharge (pick-up and drop-off).
