Public transport is excellent: a bus stop is right outside, and the nearest tram stop is a 5-8 minute walk, giving access to the city centre, Prague Castle, Vysehrad, and other landmarks. Taxis to the centre cost about €5-€10. Several supermarkets (Billa and Lidl within a 5-10 minute walk) and a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, and fast-food outlets are nearby. The Karlin district, with its lively bars and eateries, is a short walk away via a pedestrian tunnel.

Units range from studios to large two-bedroom apartments that can sleep up to six people. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and all cookware. The living area includes a dining table, seating, sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Floors are parquet throughout, and many apartments overlook a quiet inner courtyard. Some rooms have limited natural light and lack curtains or blackout blinds, which can make the bedroom bright in early morning. Wi-Fi is free but often weak or intermittent, particularly on upper floors. A few units have air conditioning; most rely on heating only. Noise from the street or from other guests in the building (which also contains a capsule hostel) can be heard in some apartments. Mattresses are generally comfortable, though a few reports mention worn beds.
