The hotel is well connected: the nearest metro station (Frederiksberg Allé) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away, and Copenhagen Central Station is about 15 to 19 minutes on foot. The airport can be reached by taking the metro M2 line to Frederiksberg and switching to the M3 line. For car-free exploration, bicycle rental is available on-site for an additional charge. The surrounding Vesterbro area is lively with numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby, including WestMarket, Guilty Copenhagen, WOK CPH Vesterbro and Kanagawa Sushi. Key attractions like Frederiksberg Have, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek and The National Museum of Denmark are all within easy reach.

Each hub is soundproofed and air-conditioned, with a private entrance. The space is compact (approx. 1.5 m2 standing area) and designed primarily for sleeping, with limited storage and no chair. Users access the hub via a step to reach the upper pod or crawl into the lower pod; both configurations have a lockable door. The XL room has two bunk beds and a private bathroom, but the upper bunk is high and requires climbing an iron ladder. Ventilation in the pods is fixed and cannot be adjusted, which some may find warm or stuffy. Each hub includes a wardrobe, Bluetooth music connection, USB ports and funky lighting, plus earplugs. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are provided.

Breakfast must be booked and costs 145 DKK per person, paid as a token exchangeable at partner cafes such as Den GO. The token covers a continental selection with vegan options. The hotel itself does not have a full restaurant, but there is a self-service bar in the hangout area that offers local beers, wine and champagne for an additional charge. Vending machines sell wine, beer, bathroom supplies and snacks at reasonable prices. The hangout area has plenty of seating, electrical sockets and a relaxed atmosphere, often used for coworking or socializing. Guests can buy drinks and snacks from the self-service bar and vending machines.
