Augarten and Prater parks are within walking distance, and the neighbourhood is safe and well-served by trams and buses. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot or by public transport, with the added benefit of being on a quiet street for a good night's sleep.

All rooms feature top-quality beds, a private bathroom with a shower (with doors), hairdryer, flat-screen TV with cable channels and Chromecast, safe, work desk, fridge, and electric kettle (available at reception). Room sizes vary: single rooms are compact while superior rooms offer more space and can accommodate a baby cot. Standard rooms are suitable for up to 4 guests but can feel small. Some bathrooms show wear despite renovations, and road-facing rooms may experience early traffic noise. The building is fully non-smoking and Shabbat-friendly.
