The hotel is situated 6 km from Vancouver city centre and less than 10 minutes' walk from Playland Amusement Park. A bus stop directly outside the property provides frequent service to the SkyTrain, making downtown and other parts of the city easily accessible by public transit. Mount Seymour is a 10-minute drive away. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Vietnamese, sushi, and Italian options. The cruise port at Canada Place is about 15 minutes away by car, and the hotel offers a free shuttle for drop-offs. For airport transfers, a taxi costs CAD 40-45 and takes approximately 30 minutes; there is no hotel airport shuttle.

Accommodation options include spacious double rooms, suites, and accessible rooms. All rooms feature a private bathroom, a seating area, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, and a safe deposit box.
