The property has two buildings: a hotel building and a condo building. Rooms range from spacious double rooms to multi-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 10. Most units are oceanfront with private balconies, but room types vary: Type 1 and Type 2 are direct oceanfront, while others may offer side ocean or boulevard views. The rooms are generally spacious but described as outdated. Road- and boulevard-facing units can be noisier; higher floors offer quieter stays. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and tea/coffee facilities (filter coffee maker, not Keurig). Kitchens are fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and dishes. No washing machines are in the rooms; a guest laundromat is available 24/7 in the hotel building.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. J. Mike's Flavor Station is an oceanfront cafe open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
