The property is in a central position close to numerous attractions, including the LeConte Convention Center (a 15-minute walk) and Dollywood (a 5-minute drive, also reachable via the nearby trolley). The Fun Time Trolley stop is within walking distance, providing easy access to Dollywood and other parts of town. The Old Mill, Patriot Park, and a variety of dining options such as the Funnel Cake Factory and the Old Mill Restaurant are within a 3-minute walk. The Island at Pigeon Forge, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is a short drive away.
