DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM KNOXVILLE WEST, Knoxville

The hotel sits right off Interstate 40 at Exit 378 (Park West Boulevard), making it a practical stop for travelers passing through. McGhee Tyson Airport is 27 km away, and the University of Tennessee is 17 km from the property. Market Square in downtown Knoxville is 18 km away. Several chain restaurants including Cook Out, Wendy's, and Starbucks are within a 0.5 km walk, and Outback Steakhouse, Parkside Grill, and Carrabba's Italian Grill are about 1-2 km away. For longer trips, Gatlinburg is about 85 km away. The location is described as convenient for highway access, but the immediate area includes some industrial and commercial properties, and some have noted a feeling of being less safe at night.

All rooms include air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free toiletries. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Each room also has a work desk and tea/coffee making facilities. The property offers family rooms with two double beds and rooms with one queen or one double bed. The hotel has been noted as having been remodeled, with some rooms being clean and comfortable, while others have been described as outdated with issues such as stained linens, broken furniture, and maintenance problems. Room cleanliness standards appear inconsistent. The hotel is a two-story exterior-corridor property with carpeted floors. No rooms have balconies.

The hotel offers a free breakfast described as a "breakfast to go" style. The standard offering includes a pre-packaged item (such as a granola bar or honey bun), a piece of fruit, coffee, and juice. This is a basic grab-and-go setup. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, so guests needing a fuller meal will have to rely on nearby dining options. Several fast-food and casual dining restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. Cook Out and Wendy's are within 0.5 km, and Starbucks is also within that range.

The only recreational activity noted nearby is a golf course within 3 km. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, wellness centre, or gym. This makes the property primarily suited for travellers needing a stopover or short stay rather than a leisure-focused visit.
