Roda Beach Resort sits on Kite Beach, one of Dubai's premier public beaches known for water sports and a long promenade. The front rooms directly face the beach but also border a public car park where car gatherings create noise until late at night-rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter. Sunset Mall is a 1-minute walk (0.5 km) for groceries, pharmacies, and casual dining. Wild Wadi Aqua Park is 4 km (7 min) away, Aquaventure at Atlantis is 26 km (30 min), and Dubai Mall is 33 km (35 min). Dubai International Airport is 16 km (20-30 min by car). The area's running and cycling path along the beach is excellent for outdoor activity. A bus stop is a short walk providing connectivity to the rest of Dubai.

Accommodation includes studio apartments (suitable for 2 adults), one-bedroom beachfront apartments (75 m2 with balcony and partial beach view), and large 5-bedroom villas (450 m2 with living, dining, full kitchen, and a separate maid's room). All rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with bidet, bathrobes, slippers, and a washing machine. Superior rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa (non-convertible). An extra bed can be added for AED 150 per night. Some rooms have terrace or balcony; one-bedroom beach rooms include a balcony while studios do not. The public parking area next to sea-view rooms can produce significant noise from car gatherings lasting until 2 am-rooms facing the interior courtyard are significantly quieter.

Breakfast is a paid buffet (AED 69 per person) offering continental, Italian, halal, and American options with a good variety including cooked-to-order eggs. Breakfast can be taken on the balcony. Lunch and dinner at Kite Cafe feature international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. The restaurant can serve special diet menus on request. Snacks and coffee are available throughout the day at the snack bar. The hotel does not have an alcohol licence. Sunset Mall is a 2-minute walk for additional dining and grocery options.

The resort has three pools: a main outdoor pool (open year-round, heated with a view), a heated kids' pool with toys and a shallow end, and a rooftop pool. All are open from 8:00 to 20:00. The fitness centre includes classes, personal training, and locker rooms. The sauna and steam room are available free of charge. Water sports on site include kayaking, kite surfing, stand-up paddle, parasailing, and windsurfing (additional charge). Bicycle rental and bike tours are offered. The hotel has a private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas. A kids' club is open with a guardian present. No spa is available.
