Downtown Dubai is a 10-20 minute taxi ride, while the nearest metro station (Onpassive) is a 5-minute bus ride on route F16. A supermarket is a 30-second walk away, and several local eateries are within walking distance. The area is not pedestrian-friendly for sightseeing, but the location provides quick car access to major highways, making it practical for travellers with a rental car or those using taxis and ride-hailing services.

Each room is fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, safe, and free toiletries. The private bathrooms include a walk-in shower (some with bathtub) and hairdryer. Rooms on higher floors offer city skyline views, while lower or road-facing rooms may experience traffic noise. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. The décor is modern, though some soft furnishings show wear. The central air conditioning can feel cool; the hotel does not offer individual heating control. Housekeeping is performed daily unless the 'Do Not Disturb' sign is active.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kite Beach (departure 09:00, return 13:00), which must be booked at the front desk. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own or use the pool towels.
