For airport transfers, the express bus line 203 stops at Cibeles (5€, 5 minutes' walk) and runs 24 hours. The metro (Gran Vía station) is also 3-5 minutes away, providing direct connections across the city. The area is lively with shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep, but rooms facing the main street may experience late-night noise from nightlife, bottle collections, and early-morning garbage trucks.

Private rooms (double, twin, and family) feature air conditioning, parquet floors, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, sofa, and wardrobe. Some also enjoy city views. Suites add a separate bedroom. Dorms range from 4 to 10 beds, including female-only options.
