The bar is open 24 hours, serving snacks, coffee, and drinks. Kids' meals and special diet menus are available on request. During busy periods, service in the restaurant can be slow due to limited staffing. Several casual dining options (Italian, BBQ, Spanish) are within a 5-minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket nearby has a takeaway deli section. Coffee house on site.

The 24-hour front desk handles check-in (14:00-14:30) and check-out (12:00) efficiently when not overwhelmed by high volumes of arriving guests. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Public on-site parking costs €12 per day and does not require a reservation; accessible parking and a parking garage are also available. An electric vehicle charging station is provided.
