Roma Termini railway station and the Repubblica Metro stop connect you directly to the city's historic core and the airport via train. The Teatro dell'Opera is just 150 metres away, and many of Rome's main sights, such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, are within a 20-minute walk. Dozens of restaurants, cafés, and a market are within 300 metres, making it easy to find meals at any hour. The area is well served by hop-on hop-off buses and trams, and the 24-hour front desk means you can arrive very late by train or taxi.

Each room includes a flat-screen TV, heating, and air conditioning. Some units are larger, particularly quadruple rooms, but many are on the smaller side, especially the shower cubicles, which can be very narrow. The building has older furnishings and equipment; the lifts are small, fitting up to four people. Noise from the corridor and street can be a factor, so rooms away from reception or on higher floors are preferable. There is no fridge or kettle in every room - a communal fridge at reception is available. Bed preference should be specified at booking.

Within 0.5 km there are at least seven restaurants and cafés, including Italian trattorias, Chinese eateries, and a historic café, Caffe Washington dal 1939. Many are open from breakfast through dinner, and the area around Roma Termini has 24-hour food options. If you prefer to eat in, you can store items in the reception fridge.

The 24-hour reception allows for late check-ins and early departures. Luggage storage is free and available for the whole day before check-in or after check-out. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Daily housekeeping is complimentary, though some rooms may receive only towel changes and bed-making. A lift serves the upper floors, and the property has CCTV and 24-hour security. Cots can be provided on request. There is no shuttle service, though taxis and the train from Termini are straightforward. The hotel is not adapted for reduced mobility as the reception is on the first floor and the lift is small.
