The property is situated in a quiet residential area just a short walk from Puerto del Carmen's main beach and harbour. The flat terrain makes the walk easy - no steep hills to the shore or shopping areas. A Lidl supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the complex and Bus Line 161 (Airport-Puerto del Carmen-Playa Blanca) stops at the nearby Biosfera Plaza, providing direct airport access in about 10 minutes. Taxis are available and inexpensive for the short trip to the main strip.

The apartments are spacious and laid out as one-bedroom units with a separate sleeping area. Every apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with some offering sheltered sun exposure. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee facilities - useful for self-catering. Furnishings are basic and older, with firm mattresses and simple wood furniture. Units near the restaurant area or cleaners' cupboard may experience noise; a quiet room away from these spots is preferable. No air conditioning, but windows can be opened for ventilation.

The on-site bar is the only dining option within the complex, open from 10:00 and serving breakfasts, lunches, and early dinners. It is well-regarded for its reasonable prices and quality, with staff allowing tab accounts for poolside convenience. Several restaurants are within a 3-5 minute walk: Blair's Restaurant, El PoLaco, and Bar Match Point are 300 m away; Los Claveles Pizzeria-Cafeteria and La Casa del Parmigiano are about 500 m. The main strip with additional bars and restaurants is a 5-10 minute walk.

The outdoor swimming pool is a central feature, open year-round, with a depth from 1.30 m to 1.95 m. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided in the pool area. There is no separate children's pool. The poolside bar (Kathy's Bar) operates a tab system, making it easy to stay at the pool for the day. For other leisure, billiards is available on site, and a golf course lies within 3 km. The beach, promenade, and harbour are a short walk away.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Free public parking is available on nearby streets and a public lot, with no reservation needed. Reception can assist with tour bookings and currency exchange. Bicycle and car hire are available for an additional charge. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures, but note that reception closes at 16:00 on weekdays and is closed on Sundays. No pets are allowed. Cots are available on request.
