Both bedrooms have air conditioning and soundproofed windows; the master bedroom often overlooks the square. High ceilings, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV are standard. The apartments are well suited for families or groups needing space and privacy.

The apartment's kitchen is stocked with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and essentials such as coffee, olive oil, and condiments, enabling self-catering. Within 300 metres there are several restaurants including Trattoria Vasari, Trattoria 4 Leoni, and Ristorante Santa Felicita, serving local Tuscan cuisine. A grocery store and a bakery are around the corner for daily supplies. The surrounding Santo Spirito area is known for its lively dining scene with many casual and traditional options.

While no wellness amenities are provided on site, the location places you directly next to the historic centre's museums, galleries, and gardens.
