Situated 200 metres from Estació del Nord bus station and a 15-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, the area is ideal for exploring Barcelona on foot. Ciutadella Park is 10 minutes away, and the Gothic Quarter is easily reachable. The metro station Arc de Triomf (L1) is just two minutes away, providing quick connections to the rest of the city. A Mercadona supermarket, bakeries, and multiple cafés are within a 2-minute walk, making self-catering and daily essentials very convenient. The surrounding streets are well-supplied with taxis and ride-hailing options for airport transfers or late-night travel.

Each apartment features a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a well-fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, plus a separate dining area. Beds are comfortable, and a cot is available if needed. The apartments are air-conditioned with heating, and each room has its own ventilation from the AC system. Parquet floors and light wood furniture create a modern feel, and all units are non-smoking. Some apartments have a balcony. Apartments at the rear of the building are notably quieter, which is useful for light sleepers. The second bedroom has space for two single beds, but is described as compact for two occupants.

The apartment's kitchen is equipped for meal preparation, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A supermarket (Mercadona) is directly around the corner, and bakeries and sandwich shops are across the street, making it easy to buy groceries or fresh breakfast items. A wide variety of restaurants are clustered within 0.5 km, including Dumpling Bar, Chen Ji, Peix d'or, and Bracafe. The self-catering setup works well for families or those preferring to prepare their own meals, while the nearby cafés are useful for a morning coffee or quick bite.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The building has a lift reaching all floors, and a safety deposit box is provided. Luggage storage is available at the office, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore the city hands-free. A washing machine and dryer are included in the apartment, along with an iron and ironing board. The host (often Albert) communicates via WhatsApp and is available to meet at the apartment upon arrival; self-check-in via codes is also possible, eliminating extra fees for very late arrivals. Key access and 24-hour security cameras provide a secure environment. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard.
