Tetuan Metro is only 200 metres away, giving direct one-stop access to Passeig de Gràcia. Estació del Nord bus station is 750 metres, and Arc de Triomf is a 10-minute walk. Ciutadella Park and the Born district are just beyond. Sagrada Família can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, and the Agbar Tower in 15. The surrounding streets contain a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. The location is generally quiet, especially on side streets, and feels safe in the evening. For airport access, take the Aerobus to Universitat and transfer to Metro L2 to Tetuan.

Room types include Double, Comfort with Balcony, and Comfort Triple. Bed setups are double or twin. Private bathrooms come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Comfort with Balcony and Comfort Triple rooms include a minibar; other categories do not have a refrigerator. Many rooms are small, making it difficult to open large suitcases. Windows vary: some face C/ Diputación, others interior courtyards (which are quiet but dark), and some have opaque or small windows.
