HOTEL NARDIZZI AMERICANA, Rome

The hotel occupies the fourth floor of a historic building in a quiet, safe street near the Ministry of Defence. Repubblica Metro (400 m) provides direct links to all major sights, and numerous bus routes pass nearby. Major landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese gardens, and the shopping streets around Via Condotti are within a comfortable walking distance. The Termini train station is a 15-minute walk, making airport connections via shuttle bus or train straightforward. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Some rooms have been recently renovated with modern bathrooms, while others are older and may show wear. A number of rooms face the courtyard and are quieter; street-facing rooms can experience traffic noise. Beds are often two single mattresses pushed together, which may separate during sleep. Pillows are small and flat. Some rooms have limited power outlets - only one accessible socket in some cases. The property is on the fourth floor with a small lift. A few rooms are on the ground floor with independent entrance. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels and basic toiletries are supplied.

The breakfast is a continental and Italian buffet with sweet and savoury options, including bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and hot drinks. It is not included in the room rate and costs 10 EUR per person per day, though it is sometimes offered at 5 EUR when booked at check-in. The breakfast room is located on a rooftop terrace, offering a pleasant setting. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding streets contain numerous restaurants, cafés, and pizzerias within a short walk. The hotel has a bar/lounge for drinks and light snacks.
