The hotel is situated in a quiet business district in Minato-ku. Sengakuji Station is a one-minute walk, providing direct train access to Haneda Airport without any changes. From Narita Airport, take the Keisei Skyliner to Sengakuji Station without transfers. The JR Takanawa Gateway Station is about 10 minutes on foot, and Shinagawa Station - a major transport hub with Shinkansen and Yamanote Line access - is one subway stop away or a 20-minute walk. A 7-Eleven and a Lawson are immediately outside the hotel. The nearest subway exit directly at the hotel has no lift; travellers with heavy luggage should use Exit 2 for elevator access. Nearby landmarks include the Ruins of Takanawa Okido Gate (1 minute), Dououji Temple (300 m), and Shinsei Temple (300 m).

Each room is 13 m² with a 140 cm wide double bed, making the space best suited for solo travellers. The room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet, a hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a work desk, an electric kettle, pyjamas, a flat-screen TV, and a trouser press. Some rooms face directly onto a neighbouring wall at very close distance, which may feel restrictive for some.
