Each room is 13 m² with a 140 cm wide double bed, making the space best suited for solo travellers. The room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet, a hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a work desk, an electric kettle, pyjamas, a flat-screen TV, and a trouser press. Some rooms face directly onto a neighbouring wall at very close distance, which may feel restrictive for some. Claustrophobic travellers or those sensitive to enclosed spaces should request a room facing a different direction. Air conditioning can be managed independently via a room control panel. Wardrobe space is minimal. The double bed is firm by some standards, and no extra beds are available. The property has a lift; all guest rooms are accessed via the lift only - there are no rooms reachable by stairs alone.

Leisure options are limited to the local neighborhood. Sengakuji Temple is a short walk away and is worth visiting for its historic atmosphere. The hotel's compact size and focus on practical city-stay amenities mean that all wellness and recreation activities must be sought off-site.
