The hotel is centrally located in the Yaesu/Nihombashi business district, about 12 minutes on foot from Tokyo Station-the country's main Shinkansen hub-and five minutes from Nihombashi station, which serves three major metro lines for direct access to both Haneda (approximately 40 minutes) and Narita airports (about 1 hour 30 minutes by train). A 7-Eleven convenience store sits across the road, and Daimaru Tokyo department store is a 10-minute walk away. The streets are relatively quiet at night, but the hotel lies alongside a highway traffic corridor: rooms facing the main road may experience occasional noise, particularly at night. Taxis are readily available. The area offers a good selection of restaurants within a 300-meter radius, and the Imperial Palace is within walking distance.

Room types include Single, Double, Twin, Triple, and Family configurations. The Family room has four single beds (each 950mm wide), while the Double room sleeps one adult. The Triple and Twin rooms provide three or two single beds respectively. All rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a bath, separate shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Beds are noted as comfortable, and daily housekeeping includes replacement of towels and bottled water.
