The layout of the property means that buildings 2 through 8 require walking outside or driving to the main building for breakfast and the front desk; elevators serve most buildings except two.

Rooms are spacious suite layouts that include a separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Select units feature a balcony and a fireplace. Each room has its own private bathroom; two-bedroom suites have two bathrooms.
