Takaracho Subway Station provides direct access to the Asakusa area, while Kyobashi Station links to Ueno and Shibuya. JR Tokyo Station (Yaesu exit) is a 7-minute walk, giving access to bullet trains and the Narita Express. The Ginza shopping district is a 10-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is a quiet business area, especially on weekends, with convenience stores and several restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Direct subway lines to Haneda and Narita airports are available via the Asakusa Line from Kyobashi Station.

Rooms are compact by global standards, typical for central Tokyo. Standard double rooms have a 120-140 cm semi-double bed; twin and Premium Twin rooms offer more space, with the latter including a sofa bed (100 cm wide) suitable for a child under 6. Economy Double rooms have a shower booth instead of a bathtub. Some rooms face an open-air passage (Open Passage rooms) at a lower rate, but windows are sealed and offer no view. The air conditioning unit is above the bed; some units are reported to be noisy. Rooms have limited storage - one medium suitcase can be opened on the floor. Connecting rooms are available but limited. Baby cots are available on a first-come, first-served basis in Deluxe or Premium Twin rooms only. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, electric kettle, cooler box, and nightwear.

The first-floor restaurant, SUSHI BAR Kyobashi Gensei (also known as 鮨和食バル[東京橋]), offers a set Japanese breakfast from 06:30 to 09:30 (last entry 09:30). Four set options are available, with one Western-friendly choice. The breakfast costs 1650 JPY per person and can be purchased on-site or added to your reservation plan. The restaurant doubles as a sushi and Japanese bar in the evening. For lighter or alternative meals, several convenience stores and casual eateries are within a 3-minute walk.

The lobby on the second floor offers free coffee, tea, and a microwave. Luggage can be stored before check-in or after check-out at no charge; luggage forwarding to your next hotel is available (fee applies). A 24-hour coin launderette and vending machines are on site. The front desk provides currency exchange, a luggage scale, and free toiletries (toothbrush, razor, face masks, etc.). Business services include fax/photocopying (charge). Dry cleaning and laundry services are available for an extra fee. The hotel is non-smoking with CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Elevators stop at the second-floor lobby on every journey. No parking or shuttle service.
