The hotel is situated across from Exit A1 of the Toei Asakusa Line, and the A2B elevator exit is also nearby. A one-hour direct train to Narita Airport and a direct train to Haneda Airport are available from this station. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 17 km away. Sensoji Temple is 700 meters away, and the Edo Tokyo Museum is a 16-minute walk. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and shops, and a Family Mart convenience store is next door. The building is located in a quiet area with no construction nearby, and the metro noise is barely audible.

Rooms are compact but efficiently designed with double or twin options, all featuring a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and bidet.

Rooms are fitted with a bed with an original mattress optimising weight distribution, a desk, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and an electric kettle. Double rooms have a 1400mm x 1950mm double bed; twin rooms have two single beds. The Deluxe Twin Room is the only twin-bed option. Rooms are air-conditioned, but individual temperature control is not available. All rooms are non-smoking, with carpeted floors, a trouser press, and free toiletries.
