The hotel sits in a quiet business district near Ginza and Marunouchi, within a 10-15 minute walk of Tokyo Station for Shinkansen and JR lines. Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is about 50 metres away, and Takaracho Station offers direct express services to both Haneda and Narita airports. The area is well served by convenience stores (Family Mart on the ground floor, 7-Eleven nearby) and numerous restaurants within a few blocks. Haneda Airport can be reached via a bus to Tokyo Station (¥1,000) or a taxi (around ¥10,000). Parking is available on-site for ¥2000 per day.

Room types range from single rooms (110 cm bed) to twin and triple rooms. Standard doubles have a 150 cm x 195 cm bed and a window facing the main street. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a bathtub (shower is over the bath, except in universal twin rooms which are barrier-free and have a walk-in shower). Rooms include a fridge, flat-screen TV with cable channels, safe, trouser press, and free toiletries. Soundproofed windows help reduce street noise. Note that rooms are uniformly small; storing large suitcases or moving around with luggage can be challenging. There is no balcony and no connecting or adjoining rooms. An early check-in fee applies from 13:00 (¥1000 single, ¥2000 double/twin).

Breakfast offers a choice of Western and Japanese dishes, including fish, soups, vegetables, and pastries. The hotel does not have a sit-down restaurant, but the second-floor lounge provides complimentary coffee, tea, and afternoon snacks from early morning until evening. The hotel lounge cannot be used to eat outside food.

There is no gym, spa, swimming pool, or wellness centre. The main leisure offering is the guest lounge on the second floor, which can be used before check-in and after check-out. Throughout the day, it provides free coffee, tea, and snacks. A daily happy hour (17:00-19:00) includes free wine, champagne, and light bites. Late-night ochazuke is also available. This lounge serves as the primary social and relaxation space within the hotel.
