Rooms have been recently renovated and are clean and comfortable. Bed configurations include king and single (standard), king and two singles (Classic Plus), or queen and two king singles (Family room, sleeps 4). Superior rooms at the back are quieter; front-facing rooms may pick up pub noise. Each room has air conditioning, heating, tea/coffee making facilities, and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube available. Shower temperature can fluctuate when used simultaneously elsewhere. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and makes the bed. No hairdryers are supplied in rooms.

The menu includes pub favourites, stir-fries, Asian soups, and noodles. A lively Irish pub operates downstairs with a wide beer selection, wine list, and cocktails. Live music and sport events are frequently scheduled. Kids' meals are available at an additional charge. A bottle shop and supermarket are adjacent for self-catering.
