Wake Up! Bondi Beach sits on Campbell Parade, directly facing Bondi Beach. The hostel is within easy walking distance of Bondi Icebergs (0.5 km), a variety of eateries such as Hurricane's Grill and Preach Cafe (0.5 km), and the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Public transport connects directly to Sydney city centre: take the 333 bus from outside the hostel to Bondi Junction or the city. Sydney Airport is reachable via the Airport Link train to Museum station, then the 333 bus - total journey about 40 minutes. The area is also popular for surf lessons, yoga studios, and pilates classes.

Accommodation ranges from mixed and female-only dormitories to private twin and double rooms. Every bed features a large under-bed locker (35 cm clearance), a privacy curtain, individual reading light, USB ports, and power sockets. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and carpeted floors. While some rooms offer ocean views, others face the interior or a wall - ocean-view options are limited and should be booked in advance. The hostel is spread over multiple floors without a lift, so all rooms are accessible by stairs. Private rooms have basic furniture: a side desk, lamp, and clothes rack, but all bathrooms are shared - there are no en-suite options. Daily housekeeping is provided, though the frequency may vary.

Wake Up! Bondi Beach has a bar on the ground floor serving drinks. For meals, guests can use the shared kitchen, which includes full cooking facilities and ample fridge space. The kitchen is open until 10pm. Nearby dining options - such as Hurricane's Grill, Preach Cafe, Hotel Ravesis, and The Traditional Chip Shop - are all within a 5-minute walk. For groceries, a supermarket is located next door. There is no restaurant on-site, so self-catering or eating out is the norm.
