The hostel is surrounded by the nightlife and energy of the Red Light District. Tram and metro stops are steps away, giving quick access to Museumplein and other districts. Amsterdam Central Station is a 12-minute walk, and Schiphol Airport is reached by train plus a short walk. Many restaurants and cafés are within 0.3km, including Italian, ramen, and Argentine options. A bicycle rental shop is across the street. The location is highly central, making most sights walkable, but the area remains busy late into the night.

All private rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet; dorm beds share facilities with roommates. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe, and heating. Some rooms have air conditioning, while others rely on a fan. The building has six floors and no elevator - access is by steep, narrow stairs. Quadruple rooms are located on top floors. Some rooms face the street and can be noisy; quieter interior rooms are available on request. Lockers (€20 deposit) are provided in rooms. Rooms are basic: some have no wardrobe or hangers, no tea/coffee facilities. Beds vary; some mattresses are thin. Towels and bed linen are included.

Breakfast is a continental buffet (bread, pastries, boiled eggs, spreads, coffee/tea) served from 08:00 to 10:00 at €8.50 per person. The hostel also has vending machines for drinks and snacks.
