The metro stop (lines M3 and M4) is right outside, making it easy to reach Nyhavn, the Danish National Museum (1 km), and Christiansborg Palace (18-minute walk). The Meatpacking District (Kødbyen) with its restaurants and shops is a short walk. Several supermarkets and cafés are within 10 minutes on foot.

The apartments are modern and clean, with a minimalist design. One-bedroom apartments are compact (smaller than a standard hotel room) and best suited for couples or solo travellers. Two-bedroom apartments offer a living room, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed, working well for families of up to four or five. Beds are a mix of double (180x200 cm or 200 cm wide) and single beds; the sofa bed is 160 cm wide. Some apartments on lower floors facing the street can be noisy, while higher rear-facing units are quiet. The backout blinds are effective for darkness and sleep, but rooms without windows to the outside can feel claustrophobic. The open-plan wardrobe area has hanging space but limited drawers - living out of a suitcase for longer stays is a real possibility. A safe, coffee machine, electric kettle, and hairdryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, along with cookware and utensils. There is no breakfast service, but the location supplies several cafés and bakeries within a 5-minute walk, and the Meatpacking District offers a wide range of restaurants. Some reviews noted that the oven/hob quality can be frustrating for serious cooking. The courtyard is available until 17:00 for eating outside.
