The main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) is easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes, and bus line 3 stops just across the street, providing quick access to the city centre. The U-Bahn station Steinstraße is 600 metres away. The drive from the airport takes roughly 30 minutes. During stays, road construction near the hotel can affect car access, and walking to the immediate vicinity of the hotel may require navigating a few blocks of ongoing works.

The hotel offers Design Rooms (16 m2) and Design Room Superior (25 m2) with a king-size bed. Each room includes air conditioning, soundproof walls, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms are fitted with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. A wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The 24-hour bar in the lobby sells snacks and drinks around the clock.
