The metro station at Kongens Nytorv is a 5-minute walk, providing a direct 25-minute connection to Copenhagen Airport via the 24-hour M2 line. The city center and main sights are within a 20-25 minute walk. The street has cobblestones, which can be difficult for wheeled luggage.

Capsules are designed for two people and are accessed via a personal code for security. Capsules feature seating, parquet floors, heating, and USB charging ports. The space is essentially the size of the mattress, leaving limited room for luggage. A loud fan is the only ventilation, and closing the capsule door causes it to become very hot and stuffy. Noise carries easily between capsules, and the common area lights are always on. Private rooms are available but sell out quickly and may include a private bathroom.

The bar in the lobby offers a selection of drinks and a snack bar, and there is a shared lounge area. The surrounding Nyhavn area offers numerous restaurants within a short walk, including Restaurant Carl Nielsen, NyhavnsKroen, and several others, all approximately 0.5 km away. Complimentary hot drinks are available in the morning.
