The hostel sits in a vibrant, multicultural area with a food court in the same building, a supermarket nearby, and numerous affordable restaurants within a 5-minute walk (Harrys Place at 0.5 km, several more at 0.5 km). The M3 metro line provides a direct 15-minute trip to the city centre and connects to the airport via a change at Kongens Nytorv. Bicycle rental from the hostel makes exploring Copenhagen easy and quick. The neighbourhood is lively and safe, though the train line adjacent to the building can produce noise in tents near that side.

Accommodation options include 4-person shared tents (two bunk beds), private double-bed tents (8 m²), female-only tents, and private double rooms with a desk and a corner window overlooking the street food area. All tents are inside a heated building with comfort ventilation, but the tent fabric does not block sound: noise from neighbouring tents, hallway doors, the train line, and locker use carries clearly. Ventilation can feel limited when the tent is fully closed, leading to warmth and stuffiness with four occupants. Free earplugs are provided at reception. Each bed has a personal locker (33x46.5x78 cm) requiring a padlock. Shared bathrooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times daily; each shower cabin has a lockable door, hooks, and a separating panel to keep belongings dry. The private double room offers better sound insulation from double glazing.

Breakfast is a simple continental buffet with bread, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, and hot drinks. It is available without reservation and offers good value for the price. The bar serves coffee, wine, champagne, snacks, and a selection of craft beers, with a lively atmosphere and a happy hour each day. The bar is also open to non-guests, creating a social hub. There is no guest kitchen, but hot water is available on request for tea or coffee. A large food court is located in the same building, offering diverse and reasonably priced meals, and several restaurants are within a short walk.

Leisure facilities include a bar, a games room with billiards and foosball, and a sun terrace. Evening entertainment such as happy hour and live sport broadcasts are offered. The common area is designed for socialising, with a lively atmosphere that also attracts locals. The hostel does not have a pool, spa, or gym. Bicycles can be rented to explore the city, and there is a dedicated area for parking private bikes behind the building.

The hostel offers 24-hour front desk service with express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and a tour desk. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.
