SUITYRHOME RIONEMONTI56, Rome

The apartment is in Rome's historic centre, with Quirinal Hill 7 minutes away, Piazza Venezia 9 minutes, and the Colosseum an 11-minute stroll. Santa Maria Maggiore is 800 metres from the door. The Monti neighbourhood is packed with cafés, restaurants, and shops - all within a 300-metre radius - yet feels less crowded than the Centro Storico. The Colosseo Metro station (line B) provides direct connections to Vatican City and Termini station, while bus lines run along nearby streets. The walkable layout makes the city's main sights easily reachable on foot, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away.

The main bedroom features a large, comfortable bed (some find the mattress soft) with blackout wooden shutters, ensuring restful sleep. The air-conditioned living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining table, and a parquet floor. The fully equipped kitchenette includes an electric kettle, cookware, and a washing machine - useful for longer stays. All rooms are on the second floor with no lift; the property is quiet despite its central location. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the bathroom is well-sized and modern. No balcony is available.

Guests can cook in the kitchenette or order grocery deliveries (for a fee). A dozen dining spots - Mariolina Ravioli Monti, Pinsa Roma Monti, Le Tavernelle, and others - are all within 300 metres. Breakfast is not automatically included; check availability when booking. For a quick meal, the area offers everything from sit-down restaurants to takeaway slices and gelato. The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering, and the washing machine adds convenience for extended stays.

Babysitting and child services can be arranged for an extra charge. The Monti neighbourhood itself provides abundant leisure options: walking tours of ancient Rome, wine bars, and boutiques. The apartment's central location puts the city's cultural highlights at your doorstep, making it easy to fill your days without dedicated on-site wellness facilities.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. The paid shuttle service runs from Ciampino and Fiumicino airports - request it after booking. Daily housekeeping costs extra; the apartment also has its own washing machine. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for a fee. Reception staff speak Bulgarian, English, Spanish, Croatian, and Italian. Safety features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Check-in and check-out are straightforward with an invoice provided. Luggage storage before check-in is possible by arrangement with the helpful host.
