The area is calm and residential, but the seasonal Montauk trolley (the Hopper) provides quick bus access to downtown. Taxis, Uber, and a rental bike shop are readily available for exploring farther beaches like Ditch Plains.

Each unit includes a queen bed (no king options); studios also have a twin pull-out sofa bed. One-bedroom apartments are larger with a separate bedroom. Rooms feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV with HBO, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, full refrigerator). Select studios and one-bedrooms offer a private deck or a semi-private balcony (bay or pool view). Some rooms have a loft layout. Bathrooms are private. The property is non-smoking throughout.
