The property sits directly on Block Island Sound, offering water views from most rooms. The marina and Harbor restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and a public beach is 3 minutes away on foot. A free public parking lot is on site with no reservation needed. Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course is a 7-minute drive, and Montauk Point is 11 km away. The area is calm and residential, but the seasonal Montauk trolley (the Hopper) provides quick bus access to downtown. Taxis, Uber, and a rental bike shop are readily available for exploring farther beaches like Ditch Plains.

Each unit includes a queen bed (no king options); studios also have a twin pull-out sofa bed. One-bedroom apartments are larger with a separate bedroom. Rooms feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV with HBO, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, full refrigerator). Select studios and one-bedrooms offer a private deck or a semi-private balcony (bay or pool view). Some rooms have a loft layout. Bathrooms are private. The property is non-smoking throughout. There is no spa or fitness center, but the peaceful bayfront setting and nearby walking paths provide natural leisure.
