Beachcomber Resort is situated directly across from the Atlantic Ocean with private beach access. Montauk village is 1 km away, allowing easy walks to shops, restaurants, and activities. Hither Hills State Park is 8 km from the property, and Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course is a 10-minute drive. The location is quiet yet close to town, with excellent walking and jogging paths along the coast. Upper-level rooms offer panoramic ocean views, and the sound of waves is audible from the decks. Free on-site parking with reservation is available; no airport shuttle is offered.

All units feature a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware. Accommodations include double rooms with one bed, studios with two beds, and suites with one bed, all with air conditioning, heating, cable TV, and tea/coffee facilities. Each room has a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Upper-level studios and one-bedroom suites guarantee ocean views; lower-level rooms may have partial views.
