Marina Botafoch is 3 km and Pacha is 3 km from the property. The surrounding street has several restaurants and a mini market within a few minutes' walk, making self-catering and casual dining convenient. Those without a car will find the location central for walkability, but a taxi is the recommended way to get from the airport (5 km) as there is no shuttle.

Each apartment at Sunrise Suites is individually styled with a modern, clean aesthetic. Units feature a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The separate bedroom has two individual beds that can be pushed together to form a double. In the living area there is a fixed single sofa bed, designed to stay set up as a single bed for a third person - it does not open into a double. Sunrise Suites does not have its own swimming pool or spa. However, guests have full access to the swimming pool at the White Apartments, located 200 metres down the same street, which is well-maintained and includes a bar and sun loungers. The pool area is a relaxed, sociable space and a practical alternative for daytime leisure. The beach is just across the road, offering sea swimming and sunbathing, while boat trips depart from the dock nearby. For a quieter beach experience, a less crowded cove is within walking distance.

The property offers a 24-hour front desk for flexible check-in, late arrivals, and general assistance. Luggage storage is available in dedicated rooms, one of which includes lockers and showers - useful for late flights after checkout.
