The apartments are spacious and self-contained, featuring a separate twin bedroom (a double bed can be provided on request) and a living room with a sofa bed, suitable for up to three guests. Each unit has a private balcony or terrace; first-floor apartments offer a balcony, while ground-floor units provide a terrace with garden furniture and private sun loungers. The kitchenette includes a hob, microwave, fridge, and kettle, along with cookware and utensils. Some interiors are dated with older fixtures, and noise transfer between units can occur. Bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower, but some baths show wear. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment is cleaned every two days with towel changes. Complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water are provided on arrival.

The property does not operate a restaurant or offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner services. A pool bar serves drinks and light snacks during the day, and there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. For full meals, the main resort strip with numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes is a 5 to 10-minute walk downhill. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies, making it easy to utilize the apartment's kitchen.

The leisure facilities include a large outdoor saltwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool, both open year-round. The pool is unheated, which can mean cooler water in winter months. A sun terrace surrounds the pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, and pool towels are provided. The complex also has a gym area and a games room with pool tables. Live sports events are broadcast, and there is a solarium. Sun loungers are also provided on each ground-floor terrace.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas, though some units may experience weaker connections. Free public parking is available on site without reservation, and accessible parking spots are provided. The property offers an express check-in/out service and a tour desk. A laundry service is available at reception for a fee. Safety deposit boxes can be rented for an additional charge, and free fans are available from reception. The complex features 24-hour security with CCTV and key-access entry. Hairdryers are available on request.
