Parking is free but requires a reservation; the lot can feel cramped for larger vehicles.

Rooms range from standard doubles to quadruple rooms with private bathrooms. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Some rooms feature a separate living area or bunk beds. The property is older and furnishings show wear-dated decor, worn carpets, and occasional maintenance issues such as noisy AC units or non-functional fridges have been noted. Road-facing rooms on McLeod Trail can experience traffic noise; light sleepers may prefer an interior or upper-floor room. Rooms are generally clean but vary in condition. No rooms have balconies.
