Berliner Tor U-Bahn and Hammerbrook S-Bahn are each a 5-minute walk, providing direct links to the airport and city centre. The Mönckebergstraße shopping street is 10 minutes away on foot, and the Speicherstadt and Hafencity are within a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is industrial and can feel run-down, but public transport is frequent. Use the S3/S5 to Hammerbrook for a more straightforward walk than from Berliner Tor. Parking is available 3 minutes away at a guarded deck (€15-20 per 24h).

The hotel has 74 rooms including double, triple, four-bed and themed studios. Rooms are small-the smallest is 10 m2-and have a basic, Nordic-inspired design with pallet furniture and bright colours. Each room has a private bathroom with rain shower, heating lamps, hairdryer, and toiletries. Beds are Casper® mattresses on single-bed frames; double rooms use two singles pushed together. Rooms facing the road or terrace can be noisy; request a quiet room if needed. Some rooms are dimly lit with limited natural light. There is no air conditioning, and opening windows may let in road noise or smoke. The hotel has no balcony rooms and no lift to upper floors.
