The hostel sits on a quiet street just off Chuo-dori, putting you within walking distance of the Electric Town electronics and anime district, as well as numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Akihabara Station connects you to Tokyo Station (two stops on the Yamanote line) for Shinkansen services, and major areas like Marunouchi (2 km), Sensoji Temple (3 km), and the Imperial Palace (3 km) are all a short train ride away. Haneda Airport is 22 km from the property. The quiet street location ensures a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the heart of Akihabara.

Private double rooms (double bed, 1-2 people, no extra bed possible) are spacious for the area and bright, with plenty of power outlets. Superior double rooms include a tablet. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, an air purifier, a flat-screen TV, hangers, and a dressing area. Soundproofing in private rooms is decent, and overall noise levels are generally low. The male-only dormitory offers capsule-style wooden beds that are comfortable but can feel cramped for larger guests; the capsule has a curtain for privacy. Be aware that the dormitory can feel stuffy and warm if the AC isn't working well, and the concrete floors can amplify noise. Housekeeping in the dormitory may be infrequent. Windows may not open in all rooms for fresh air.

Breakfast is not served at the hostel. Guests can use the shared kitchen to prepare their own meals and store groceries. A shared lounge/TV area provides a comfortable space to relax or socialize. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including ramen shops, sushi places, and convenience stores (7-Eleven on the corner). Numerous budget-friendly restaurants and cafés are just steps away.

The hostel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. For relaxation, guests can use the shared lounge/TV area on the ground floor, which is a good spot to socialise or do some work. A rooftop smoking area is available for those who need a break. The property is a 20-minute walk from Edo Tokyo Museum, and other leisure attractions like Chidorigafuchi (3 km) are easily reached by train.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The front desk is open from 08:00 to 23:00 and offers luggage storage for a fee of 200 yen. Luggage can be held in a staff room. There are small lockers for passports and wallets only; larger suitcases must be stored under the bed. A lift is available. The shared kitchen is equipped for guest use. 24-hour security includes CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access. A backdoor with a passcode allows re-entry after hours.
