Ueno Station is a 4-minute train ride away, giving direct access to the airport via the Skyliner. Ueno Park is a 15-minute walk, Akihabara Electric Town is 13 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by train, and Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa is approximately 20 minutes via the Ginza Line. The immediate area is a practical hub: a 7-Eleven is next door, Takeya supermarket and Daiso are across the street, and numerous restaurants, convenience stores and a Uniqlo are within a 1-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet at night despite being a lively shopping district.

Room sizes are typical for central Tokyo business hotels - compact but functional. The smallest is the double with a 140 cm wide bed (a true double); some rooms feature bunk beds for families of three. Twin and quadruple rooms add more floor space but still require careful suitcase management. All rooms include air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube, a desk, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.
