The hostel is located 21 km from Tokyo Haneda Airport and easily reached via the Keikyu and Toei lines. Both JR Ryogoku and Toei Oedo Line stations are within a 3-minute walk, offering direct connections to Asakusa, Akihabara, Ginza, and Shibuya with a single transfer. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, with the Sumo Museum, Ryogoku Kokugikan stadium, and several local restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. A short stroll also brings you to the Ryogoku Fireworks Museum and Katsu Kaishu Seitanchihi. For daily needs, convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven) and a Daiso are within minutes. The area is well served by public transport, making it suitable for both sightseeing and airport transfers without a car.

All private rooms are fully enclosed and lockable, providing privacy and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. Family rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests, quadruple rooms up to 4, triple rooms up to 3, and twin rooms 2 guests. All private rooms include air conditioning, tatami flooring, and a work desk. Dormitories - both female-only and mixed - feature bunk beds with curtains, personal lights, shelves, and USB charging ports. However, dormitory rooms have limited luggage space (small lockers only) and a single shower and toilet inside the room, which can lead to queues during peak times. The building has a lift, but it is small and can feel cramped with luggage. Noise levels vary: thin internal walls mean sounds from adjacent rooms and hallways can be heard, and street-facing rooms may experience some traffic noise. Air conditioning in dormitories may not cool all bunks equally.

The hostel provides a complimentary foot spa for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The common lounge on the 7th floor has a spacious tatami area with low tables, where guests can unwind, socialise, or work. Large windows offer views of the city skyline, and Tokyo Skytree is visible and illuminated after dark. While there is no gym or pool, the quiet neighbourhood and proximity to the sumo stadium provide a cultural backdrop for leisurely walks.

WiFi is free in all rooms and throughout the common areas. The shared kitchen is well equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, and cooking facilities - ideal for preparing meals. Coin-operated laundry machines (washer ¥300, dryer ¥100/30min, detergent ¥50) are on site. Luggage storage is free on check-in and check-out days only. The property has a lift, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Safety deposit boxes are available at no extra charge.
