SWEET BCN SAGRADA FAMILIA, Barcelona

The apartment sits in a quiet, residential street within the top-rated area of Barcelona, just two blocks from the Sagrada Familia basilica. Public transport is excellent: the Sagrada Familia metro station (lines L2 and L5) and several bus stops are about 2-3 minutes on foot, providing direct connections across the city and to the airport. A supermarket is directly across the street, and numerous bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The nearest large park, Ciutadella, is about a 15-minute walk, while the cruise port is 3-4 km away. For car users, paid public parking (€40/day) is available nearby but must be reserved in advance. The location is well-suited for families and groups exploring Barcelona, though the Port Olímpic beach area is a 30-minute walk or a short metro ride. The area is generally quiet at night, though some street-facing apartments can pick up traffic noise.

The apartments offer generous living space, with separate bedrooms and a large living-dining room. Bed configurations typically include a double bed in the master and single beds in the other rooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6-8 people comfortably. The kitchens are equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, and basic cookware, allowing self-catering. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, and heating is also provided. The bathrooms are private, with one often featuring a bathtub and the other a walk-in shower; shower gel, shampoo, and towels are supplied. A washing machine and ironing equipment are included. The balcony is suitable for sitting out, and the building has an elevator, though it is small and may not accommodate a pram or wheelchair easily. The overall interior shows noticeable wear - scratched floors, worn furniture, and some wall marks - so it is more suited for groups prioritising space and location over pristine decor. The apartment is generally quiet at night, but noise from adjacent apartments can occasionally be heard. Light sleepers should request a rear-facing unit.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or bar. However, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, and basic cookware, allowing self-catering. A supermarket is directly across the street, and several bakeries and cafés are within a 2-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries and breakfast items. Numerous restaurants serving a variety of cuisines are located within a 2-3 minute walk, including pizzerias, Spanish tapas bars, and casual dining. For a wider selection, the city centre is a 10-minute metro ride away. Breakfast is not included or available on-site, so plan to stock up at the supermarket or visit one of the nearby cafés in the morning.
