SWEET LULLABY, Rome

The apartment is set in a peaceful, gated community with a friendly atmosphere, yet remains well-connected: the bus stop right outside takes 15 minutes to the metro station, from which the city centre is a 45-minute commute. A major shopping centre, supermarket, several restaurants (including Ser Bacco, Il cavalluccio marino, and Roma in Bocca), bars, and a gelateria are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Free public parking is available on nearby streets without reservation, making car use practical for exploring the periphery and accessing Rome by car directly.

The 106 m2 apartment offers two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms (each with shower and bidet), plus a living room with a sofa bed and dining area - comfortably sleeping up to 6 people or two couples with complete privacy. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the unit provides 3 beds total (the third being the sofa bed). Features include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, tea and coffee facilities, a washing machine, and ironing equipment. The large terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace, ideal for relaxing. The interior is clean, well-decorated, and feels modern and new; the bedrooms are dark enough for good sleep quality.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities, making it easy to prepare full meals. A minimarket and a supermarket are steps away for groceries. Within 0.3-0.5 km, there is a good selection of nearby dining: Ser Bacco, Il cavalluccio marino, Ciccio Gelati, Rosso Pachino, Burg'r, Roma in Bocca, NO Logo, and Fornocafe - offering pizzas, seafood, gelato, and casual Italian fare. Note that the apartment itself does not have a restaurant or bar; dining out or self-catering is the norm.

For guests interested in fitness, a personal trainer can be arranged. The property features a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and an outdoor fireplace, extending usable living space during pleasant weather. Families with children benefit from the dedicated kids' outdoor play equipment on site. Nearby, a large shopping centre with bars and entertainment options is within walking distance, adding to the leisure possibilities. There is no pool, spa, or gym; the neighbourhood is quiet and suitable for walks.
